This is my Mom's favorite dog from Paris picture. I bet you can guess why. This dog was taking a walk along the River Seine. Mom says if she had a beautiful place to walk like that, I would get to go on more walks. Mom loves the way this man has his hands behind his back. He looks like he is really enjoying the walk. Notice that, unlike the previous two pictures, the dachshund is pulling on the leash. I am glad that some dogs in Paris know what to do.

Looks like those two are having a great walkie! Beautiful picture!
Here, we don't have great places for walkies but anyway I demand my everyday walkie around the neighborhood! And yes, I love to pull!
Have a good night

Is that dachshund really pulling on the leash? It just looks like a short leash to me! Your mom took very nice black and white pics while in Paris! She is quite the photographer.
By the way, you said that my Mom was ambitious regarding the turkey. What I didn't say in the post was that my Mom bought the turkey from the market and that it was already cooked!!! My Mom says it's difficult enough trying to slice the meat off nicely from a turkey, so she is not going to thaw a frozen turkey, then prepare it and roast it. THAT is too much trouble!
Whew! We were afraid there weren't any dachsies in Paris. That would be a loss for Paris since dachsies are full of personality ... and know how to pull on a leash!

Hey Copper,
Finally! A real dog! LOL!! :)
Hei Copper,
Pulling the leash?? I never do that.... Ohh, now my dad says I'm not allow to lie... Actually about half of my walks are without leash, so I'm not very good with the leash...
Take care,
Günter
Gunter, I am almost never allowed off the leash because I don't 'come' and I have streets. I need to move to where you live.
