Their terrific tale reminded me of the vicious animal I killed in my yard the other day. According to my mother's research, it was a Five Lined Skink or a Blue-tailed Skink. This is what he looked like before I killed him.

Me & the Mommy are going to College Station tomorrow to visit with Roxie, Sammy and Andy but I'm kinda scared there might be some more snakes out there but because I want to see Roxie & Sammy for myself that they are OK. I'm gonna chance.
