Hershey barks a LOT .....

Since I am still staying at Hershey's hosue and using his computer, tonight you get to look at some of the artwork his Mommy does. She is very talented.
She sure puts up with a lot though. He is one of the biggest barkers I have ever met. For a doglet, he sure takes his job as home protector seriously. This morning when we went outside to go to the bathroom, he barked at a CAR that drove by. It was a nice looking car, not even a mean one. When any kind of doorbell or bell or something that sounds sorta like a bell comes on the TV, he runs to the door and barks. (I only do that if it sounds like MY dorbell.) When the mailman comes to the door to put the mail in his mailbox, he goes NUTS!!!!!! just NUTS!!! He hates the mailman. (My mailman at home drives by my house at a safe distance in a car and puts my mail in my mailbox.) Funny thing is he admited to me that he does not bark at bicycles ... just everything else.
He is a good friend though and he and I have been doing alot of napping together between his barking episodes. It is too cold to do anything else. It is supposed to rain and maybe snow tomorrow and Hershey tells me I won't like it if it snows. I have never seen snow. Mom and Hershey's Mom are finished getting ready for the baby .. whatever that is ...... and Hershey's Dad is still far far far away out of town. The baby is supposed to be here in 7 weeks. I wonder if I will be here for 7 weeks.
That's all I guess. I'm going back to sleep ............

7 weeks, that's going to be really fast. I'm sure your Mom will bring you to visit Hershey again around that time afterall, she'll want to visit her baby.
I wonder if Hershey's folks have a name for the baby yet? Any idea Copper?

Copper,

Hershey is nice to let you use his computer and let you share the pretty art work. You probably won't stay there for seven weeks - your dad would miss you too much - but you probably will be back to make sure the baby shows up on time and everyone takes care of Hershey once the baby is here.

Tell us more about Hershey's mom's art work! Is it pen and ink sketches? The cup and saucer looks like watercolors? Whatever the medium is, it is lovely work!

Poor Hershey, life as he knows it will come to an end when that human pup arrives. Humans are really goofy when it comes to their human pups. I hope Linda never has one (she assure me there is no chance of that happening- whew!). It's bad enough when her grand pup visits.
Big Wags,
Isabella

Dear Copper, do try to stay warm! Our pesky but wise kitty friends also go under covers for warmth. Please try to avoid the snow as I fear it can be higher than you! But perhaps Hershey will bark it melted. (I enjoy a quick taste of it myself.)

Sweet dreams,
Tansy

Uh oh, you posted the coffee painting! My mom has been eyeing that on Hershey's mom's web site for a while now. She thinks there is a good place for it in my kitchen, where my dad makes coffee each and every day. My dad is a coffee-aholic and roasts his own beans. My mom will have to think fast about asking Hershey's mom about the painting. What does "Posterized acrylic painting" mean?

Hmmm, actually, I think my mom's question is what does "posterized" mean.

Copper, thanks for your comment. I just had my mom sign into the Etsy site and she emailed Hershey's mom.
